Giveaway Terms

Funding CEO Challenge (May 19–23, 2025)
From May 19–23, 2025, during the Funding CEO Challenge, we will conduct daily giveaways exclusively for live Zoom attendees. By participating, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older. Void where prohibited. Attendees must be present on the live Zoom call at the time of the drawing to be eligible to win. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of [Your Company Name] are not eligible.

Entry Period: Each daily giveaway will occur during the live Zoom call held on the corresponding date of the challenge (May 19, 20, 21, 22, and 23, 2025).

How to Enter: Simply attend the Zoom session live. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. One entry per person per day.

Winner Selection & Notification: Winners will be chosen at random during the live Zoom call. You must be present on Zoom at the time of the drawing to claim the prize. If a selected winner is not present or does not respond when announced, an alternate winner will be selected.

Prizes: Prizes will be announced during the challenge. All prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided.

General Conditions: By entering, you release 7 Figures Funding, its affiliates, and partners from any liability arising from participation or prize use. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time for any reason.

Refund Policy

Dispute Resolution

All disputes will be resolved in accordance with Utah law. Any controversy arising from these Terms will first be attempted to settle through mediation. If unresolved within 60 days, disputes may be handled in a Utah County court.
